Customizing interface colors and texts

The "Appearance" section allows you to completely customize your assistant's interface to adapt it to your website's design and your brand.

How to access customization

  1. Select the assistant you want to customize
  2. In the sidebar menu, click on "Appearance"
  3. The customization interface with real-time preview will open

Color customization

You can modify all the main colors of the widget:

Primary color
  • What it controls: The background color of the chat opening button and main elements
  • How to choose: Use the color picker or enter the hexadecimal code (e.g. #007bff)
  • Tip: Use your brand's primary color to maintain consistency
Chat background color
  • What it controls: The background color of the chat window
  • Common options: White (#ffffff) for a clean look, or light shades of your brand
Text color
  • What it controls: The color of the main text in the chat
  • Accessibility: Make sure there is enough contrast with the background

Text customization

You can modify all the texts that appear in the interface:

  • Chat title: The name that appears in the top bar of the widget
  • Placeholder message: The text in the input field (e.g. "Write a message...")
  • Send button: The text of the button to send messages
  • System messages: Texts for errors, loading, etc.

Real-time preview

All changes are immediately shown in the preview on the right, allowing you to see exactly how the widget will appear to your users.

Tips for good customization

  • Brand consistency: Use the colors and fonts of your website
  • Adequate contrast: Make sure texts are always readable
  • Simplicity: Avoid too many different colors that could confuse
  • Mobile testing: Verify that the appearance is optimal on mobile devices too
